This week Henry's class is studying the Letter Y and I was in charge of the special snack on Monday. I'm not sure why I signed up for this letter b/c the ONLY foods that begin with Y are Yams and Yogurt. I didn't want to send either of those so Brad and I came up with a Yellow "Y" Cake. I think it turned out pretty cute and Henry said the whole class loved it:)
