CSA - Week 4

Kale Chips

Take 1 bunch of kale. Tear it off the rough stem into smaller pieces. Wash it real good in the salad spinner.

Put it on a big cookie sheet covered with tin foil for easier clean up. Toss with olive oil and some kosher salt. Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 375-400 degrees until crisp.

Throw them in a bowl, LIE to your kids, and tell them they are chips. Yummy, salty, bad for your chips. But really, they're super healthy superfood KALE...with a twist.
