Kale Chips
Put it on a big cookie sheet covered with tin foil for easier clean up. Toss with olive oil and some kosher salt. Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 375-400 degrees until crisp.
Throw them in a bowl, LIE to your kids, and tell them they are chips. Yummy, salty, bad for your chips. But really, they're super healthy superfood KALE...with a twist.

I skipped the Week 3 post due to me being sick the entire week. I gave the majority of the veggies away that week and cooked very little. So, i've picked back up with Week 4. Here's what was in our box.
Arugula
Kale
Asparagus
Beets
Radishes
Turnips
Brocolli
Cauliflower
Pete's Sweet Onions
Green Garlic
*no strawberries this week due to the bad hail/rain storm last week
