This weekend was our 2nd Annual Earnst Family Mountain Weekend. We went up on Friday and got there around 5:00. The weather couldn't have been more perfect. It was truly like fall in the mountains. The leaves were all changing and the air was nice and crisp! It was nice to escape all the dreary, but much needed rain in Charleston this weekend.
Henry did really well traveling this trip. He took a nice nap on the way up and back and really did well with entertaining himself. When he got fussy I just changed out a toy or jumped in the back with him and he was fine. I can't wait until we can turn his carseat around to face foward. It will be so nice for him to face us and not constantly be trying to turn around to get in on the action!
We went into the town of Brevard on Saturday for the Transylvania County HalloweenFest. (Another whole post on that to follow). 
Saturday night we had a delicious steak dinner to celebrate Pop's/Doug's birthday and watched plenty of football.
