Marge came over Saturday night and we cooked homemade pizza and it was quit delicious and gourmet if I do say so myself! We got the Italian 9 grain pizza dough from Publix and put fried eggplant and chives straight from the Condons herb garden on it. Seriously, it was SOOOO good. Brad even ate the leftovers when he got home and said, even though he was a little weirded out by the fried eggplant, he loved it. We also had Caesar salad with an avocado in it which really kicked it up a notch! And, of course, no meal would be complete with the two of us without some (lots) of good 'ol VINO! Thanks for coming over to hang out with Henry and I Marge!
